Tara is a health nut with a sweet tooth. She reads cookbooks for fun and is always looking for a reason to feed friends and family. She holds a Certificate in Pastry from Escoffier Culinary Academy and will soon complete the  Elevated Plant Cuisine course at Food Future Institute. 

Craig is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommelier and holds the WSET Diploma in Wine. He enjoys working with wine enthusiasts and restaurants in Nashville to train their staff.  Craig's passion for wine extends into personal vacations which have taken him to France, Italy, and the west coast of the US.
