This menu is designed exclusively for our friends at Everleigh Cool Springs who want delicious, restaurant-quality meals they can heat up and have on the table in minutes. All meals are made fresh, fully cooked and assembled…they just need to be warmed up. Each meal is intended to serve one hungry person.
There’s no minimum order and delivery is free.
This is one of the tastiest, and most popular stews in the Chef & Somm repertoire. It’s full of roasted veggies, quinoa for satisfying protein, and warm spices.
This is my most requested bread recipe. It’s soft and chewy and the perfect accompaniment to soup and salad.

Earthy beets take on a sweetness when roasted that pairs perfectly with peppery arugula. Lemon-Tahini dressing is on the side.
Lemon & Thyme Glazed Salmon Filets, Herby Rice Pilaf & Buttery Green Beans. Each component will be packaged separately so you can heat and plate your way.
Chicken, broccoli, and carrots are stir fried and then coated in a sweet Asian glaze. Served with sticky white rice.
A simple but creamy cheese sauce of American and Cheddar cheeses coats elbow pasta. Topped with a crunchy parmesan breadcrumb topping.
Truffles begin with a rich and decadent chocolate ganache as a base. Two truffles get dusted in cocoa power and two get rolled in nuts.
